I’m Caroline – founder of Run With Caroline – the #1 running resource for women. I’m an UK Athletics certified Run Leader and Run Coach and Level 3 NASM Personal Trainer.
Since 2018, Run With Caroline has helped over 1 million women achieve their running goals.
I started Run With Caroline to help women at every stage of their running journey.
